Danielle L. Worth- CEO & Founder
A native of New Jersey, Danielle was born and raised in Jersey City, New Jersey. She has a M.B.A from Kean University (honor graduate, Cum Laude) and serves on the Kean University ALI (Alumni Leadership Initiative) Committee Board and on the Kean Alumni Communications Committee. Danielle has earned a B.A. in Communications from Howard University; she currently lives in Elizabeth, NJ and is a member of the Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark, New Jersey.
Danielle strongly believes in giving back to the community. She has been involved in several church activities and community services activities such as feeding the homeless, school & youth outreach specialist at the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society in Cranford, NJ, a volunteer for The Operation Recovery for Hurricane Sandy at New Hope Baptist Church in Newark, NJ, lead volunteer for The Non-Profit Success Center of Social Media Tips Workshop in New York, volunteer at her church annual book bag drive, coaches and mentors youth, volunteered for the White House during the Clinton Administration, student ambassador at Howard University, and walking for breast cancer awareness. Some of her past organizations include, Big Brother Big Sister of Newark, NJ and Washington DC, First Concern of Edison NJ, and the Special Olympics of New Jersey.
Danielle also has a passion to entertain and has been seen in several theater projects, feature films and TV projects. She was last seen in Power Season four as family member, Blue Bloods season six as a reporter, Law & Order SVU season 18 as a a juror. Danielle was also in the Nike Commercial: Be Bold Be True, and she was in a promo for the movie Easy A that aired on MTV. She was the recipient of Miss Dark is Lovely for April 2010. Danielle is very passionate in making a difference in as many future leaders of tomorrow as she can and she believes that change first begins within.

Darcell Johnson- Co Founder/Board of Director
A native of New Jersey the mother of Danielle and Keiana Worth, Darcell was born and raised in Jersey city, NJ and she is member of World Changes Church in New York, NY. She worked at the U.S. Postal Service in Kearny, NJ where she worked in Human Resources for over 20 years in the Postal Service processing and hiring applicants for employment. Darcell was employed for 39 years and retired in January 2013.
Darcell love's is helping others, she went to school for a Medical assistant prior to the Postal Service. Since employed with the Postal Service she worked as a secretary for two Mangers, and has been on several committees within the Postal Service. She has helped to serve and feed the hungry for the Thanksgiving holiday with her church. She hosted a Home Buyer Seminar with 200 in attendance, and she ran in the 5K race to support breast cancer research. Also, she was a member of the soul winning ministry within her church and went out on the streets of New York City to inform people about their salvation.
Darcell also serves on the Pastor's Aide ministry as well as a prayer counselor within her church. Darcell has a passion for our youth and loves to help see high school students strive to achieve their dreams and aspirations in life. She is always encouraging everyone that they can achieve and not to give up and too trust God in all their decisions. She is dedicated and committed to helping our young people prepare for success and letting them know that the victory is theirs because after all our young people are the future for tomorrow, to bring about change in the world.

Keiana Worth- Co Founder/Board of Director
A native of New Jersey, Keiana Worth is the youngest of four siblings. Keiana was born in Secaucus New Jersey and raised in Jersey City New Jersey; she is a member of Metropolitan Baptist Church in Newark New Jersey. Keiana earned her undergraduate degree in Health Science from Virginia State University (honor graduate, Cum Laude). She received her Masters in Healthcare Administration (honor graduate) from Seton Hall University in South Orange New Jersey, where she serves on the student ACHE (American College of health care Executives) Implementation Board.
Keiana is a Veteran of the United States Army (National Guard); where she served eight years. While enlisted in the military Keiana served a tour of 18 months in Iraq for Operation Iraqi Freedom. Keiana has been involved in numerous community services such as charities, feeding the homeless, running for breast cancer
awareness, and advocating for spinal cord awareness. Keiana has been photographed on the Christopher and Dana Reeve Foundation website for her participation in the spinal cord awareness run.
Keiana is passionate and dedicated to giving back to the community and helping with the mentorship of youth, while advocating for health awareness and preparing the future leaders of tomorrow for success.
